Wouldn't go to this place at all warranty work is not good work when you have to take it back 5 times for them to sum what do the job correctly I've personally had 2 transmission in this shop both transmissions blew up 1 blew up not 1000 miles out the other blew up 20,000 miles my buddies went in for a transmission job after I told him about my experience (family friend) well his blew up on the ride home! They will forget to tighten bolts put bad/wrong parts in the transmission and they won't clean the transmission out before installing new parts. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I had a really good experience with working with them, they explained how they were working on it they always answered my questions and phone calls, their prices are fairly, highly recommended

Thought i was going to have to spend a lot of money on a classic car repair on a transmission issue. The guys adjusted a few things and i was out of there for a lot less than i thought I was. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about CarTrans. I came in thinking I might be facing a major (and expensive) repair based on what other places had told me—but this shop was refreshingly honest. Instead of pushing unnecessary work, they clearly explained what my car actually needed and saved me a ton of money. Their communication was top-notch throughout the process. I felt like I was dealing with someone who truly cared about doing right by their customers, not just making a sale. That kind of integrity is rare these days. I’ll be bringing all my cars here from now on. Highly recommend!

They were able to replace my transmission with a rebuilt transmission within 3 days. They gave me a 12-month 12,000 MI warranty. My employer has used them quite often for years now.
